Project Overview
The Abia State Liaison Office in Abuja was constructed to serve as the official administrative and diplomatic hub for the Abia State Government in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Scope of work
Site Preparation & Foundation Work: Land clearing, excavation, and laying of a solid foundation.
Structural Construction: Erection of the building framework using reinforced concrete and steel.
Architectural Finishes: Exterior and interior finishing, including plastering, painting, tiling, and roofing.
Mechanical & Electrical Works: Installation of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, lighting, and backup power solutions.
Plumbing & Sanitation: Water supply systems, drainage, and sanitary fittings.
Furnishing & Landscaping: Provision of office furniture, interior décor, and external landscaping for aesthetics.
Security & ICT Infrastructure: Installation of CCTV, access control systems, and IT networking for seamless operations.
Challenges
