Charbel Habib, Founder and CEO of Zerock Group, built a multi-skilled contracting company tailored to Africa’s challenges. His strategic thinking and problem-solving shaped a group capable of executing high-quality buildings, infrastructure, and industrial projects across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Maroun Kassouf joined Zerock Construction in 2005 as Operations Manager. Through his extensive engineering experience and exceptional expertise, he was promoted to Deputy Managing Director and later appointed Managing Director in 2013. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant expansion and sustained growth in the Nigerian market.

Rawad Habib leads Zerock’s operations in Congo, managing large-scale projects and aligning them with the company’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and HSE compliance. He fosters trusted relationships with local and international clients and plays a key role in driving Zerock’s growth and impact across the region.
As Managing Director of Zerock Lebanon, Rony Jalbout spearheads the logistics and engineering services that are essential to Zerock Group’s operations, overcoming challenges to ensure reliable support across the Group. Since 2015, his leadership has been instrumental in the successful delivery of projects and in driving Zerock’s solid expansion throughout the regions where it operates.

Mirna Ghorayeb serves as the Chief Accountant for Zerock Group, bringing financial expertise to the company's operations. Her role is pivotal in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of the organization.

Danielle ensures the efficient execution of projects across all operations at Zerock. She oversees project planning, progress tracking, performance monitoring, cost control, and process optimization, aligning all efforts with the Group’s strategic objectives and commitment to operational excellence.
